I truly love being a wedding photographer and capturing these iconic pictures for newlyweds. There is something so magical and incredibly unique about taking these photographs, and ensuring that you are in the right place at the right time when a moment unfolds is absolutely vital to capturing these naturally beautiful moments. I find that a harmonious blend between vibrant colour and striking black and white photography is key to conveying the myriad of mixed emotions that a wedding day brings, particularly through my thoughtful use of the Fujifilm Acros film simulation. By removing distracting colours, you really focus on the deeper meaning and raw emotion within a picture, allowing everything to be heightened and felt in a more profound way.
